About us

We are a team of over 100 passionate professionals who strive to create the best castings in the world. We offer competitive prices and value our customers as partners. We are not just a casting company; we are a casting solution.

Capability Highlights  We design and build the majority of our own equipment to ensure that it will help us make the best castings possible.

We can handle projects, big or small, as we can pour 60,000 pounds of metal into a single casting. We handle everything from pattern design to final machining, painting, and inspection, so we can provide quality castings. Our people are our greatest asset, with many of them having over 20 years of experience and expertise. Our on-site lab is equipped with the latest technology to ensure quality from the start.

Our Team

CODY

“I might just be the youngest pattern maker in the country. I started learning the trade in 1998, and I’m honing my craft every day.”

I work at MACA because we have the same priorities: quality, constant improvement, and caring for others. We’re both perfectionists from the get-go. I’m trusted to do my job and given the tools to be the best.

GUADE

“I believe in being a professional, being safe, and keeping others around me safe.”

I have built great relationships with the people at MACA. MACA has continually grown since I started, and they have helped me grow as a person right along with them. My family and I love living in Utah, and MACA is a big reason for that.

DARREL

“I run production operations in building two. I am a Foundry man to my core. I love this work. It is a challenge every day.”

Old-world foundry men taught me the foundry business. They did everything by hand. It provided a good foundation for my career. My biggest challenges and favorite successes come from working with the people here at MACA.

JAKE

“I run the big furnaces. I make sure we melt the right materials, add in the right alloys, and keep the equipment functioning. It’s a fussy job, but I love it.”

I know that I have had a good job for a long time here, and I do all I can to repay MACA by focusing on doing the job safely and focusing on quality.

JOE

“It’s my job to shake out the castings and look for any flaws. I’ve perfected spotting a problem from miles away.”

I work on our casting and pouring crews. It’s exciting when we pour the big ones. The people at MACA have great attitudes. My father was a foundryman here. I’m proud to carry on in his shoes.

KELLY

“I oversee production operations in building one. It’s my job to get your product from molding to pouring to shakeout to finishing.”

I do all I can to make things easier for our team to put out the best work possible. It’s a challenge I love. It’s impressive to watch the MACA crew change from one casting to another in a matter of minutes.
