MELTING

We have 25 induction furnaces that can melt and pour metal up to 60,000 lbs. in a single casting, creating magnificent products.

POURING

MACA’s operations are driven by a formidable fleet of 25 state-of-the-art induction furnaces that enable us to melt and pour different types of metals across the foundry.

MACHINING

Our machine shop offers a range of services, including the ability to machine parts with a maximum width of 22 feet.

METALLURGICAL LAB

As a leading foundry in Utah, MACA uses a state-of-the-art spectrometer to guarantee the quality and accuracy of its castings.

METAL FINISHING

Metal grinding is the process of shaping and smoothing metal parts that are cast in foundries.

HEAT TREAT

Our advanced heat treatment process enhances the properties of metals such as high-chrome white iron and various other grades of steel.

3D & PROTOTYPING

MACA specializes in rapid prototyping of various metals.

PAINTING

MACA coats various metal castings with primer to enhance their durability and appearance.

Pattern Shop

Two full-time pattern makers with the expertise to produce quality patterns as well as repair and rig existing patterns.

Molding

Our facility has 10 state-of-the-art molding lines that can produce castings ranging from a few ounces to 18 square feet in size.
